BIOGRAPHY

Ibitayo Adeniyi is a Yoruba fast growing grassroot player, currently playing as centre forward at Nakamura Football Academy. She played for her school “ESTATE SENIOR GRAMMAR SCHOOL, ILUPEJU LAGOS, during the GTBank principal cup years back. A moment that will be noted for life as long as she lives, as her current coach now in person of coach Diego followed her throughout her games till the end of the tournament.

Nakamura Fa wasted no time in talking to the coach (coach yankee) that took her school team to the tournament, over her coming in to the Academy to pursue her football career. And as the saying goes, “the rest is now a story”. Jeminat went for her first outing in 2018 at Emmanuel field at ojota Lagos state to participate in a programme popularly known as “PROFEMATEUR 7 SEASON3” where she won the best Attacker Award(her first individual award)

JEMINAT is arguably the fastest player in WAFA LEAGUE, She is known for her speed, body balance, stamina and her eyes for goals.
Considered to be one of the animal strikers and defenders nightmares of WAFA LEAGUE.

She has won the queen of the match on several occasions more than any players in the Academy.

JEMINAT ADENIYI’S trademark is well known to all football stakeholders and coaches in WAFA LEAGUE and since speed isn’t just about sprinting as fast as you can, It’s a mix of:
Quick reflexes,
Fast decision-making, and
The knack to change direction in a blink, then it’s very obvious that she is the real definition of speed.

Jeminat is predominantly known for her speed, strength, stamina.

With a top speed of 21.27 mph or 34.24 km/h at this very early age, I know it’s high time we birth a new nickname for her, which is “JEMISWIFT”.
